You’ll learn the essential elements — from setting the mood and guiding guests through the pour, to sparking fun, memorable conversations that make everyone feel like a VIP. We’ll sprinkle in pro tips, hosting hacks, and a dash of flair so you can confidently pull off tastings that leave your friends raving. You’d be creating unforgettable wine adventures!

“Making Sense of the Senses” A Playful Wine Pairing Adventure!

In this interactive 75-minute class, we’ll dive into the wonderful, sometimes wacky world of wine pairing and learn how our senses work together to shape what we taste. You’ll explore how sight, smell, taste, and even sound can influence a sip of wine, and discover why the same wine might feel different with a crisp apple, a smoky almond, or a sprinkle of sea salt. Then, we’ll push the boundaries with some kooky-yet-delicious pairings so you can wow your future guests with pairings they never saw coming. You’ll leave with a sharper palate, a curious mind, and a few party tricks guaranteed to make your next wine night fun and memorable.Â
