Uncorked Adventure, UA was established in 2024 to provide intriguing and fun adventures to wine lovers of all levels, and also those with curious interest!   Whether it’s providing intriguing wine journeys,  uniquely curated and creative tastings, or informative online workshops, owner and certified wine enthusiast Jayne James enhances these offerings with her contagious love for wine and learning.  

As a lifelong education, “Dr. Jayne” has helped students learn all sorts of things.  Now she’s combined a hobby with an expanded career path as a wine educator and is continually energized by the spark that happens when people discover a new wine they absolutely adore!  Jayne has traveled extensively, managed events large and small, and is an author of many published learning materials.
